CCH Garden Management – Design & Maintenance
Our Eco Garden Management offers a bespoke garden consultancy and maintenance service to clients who want more than just basic upkeep. Whether your garden has recently been designed, or you are looking to revitalise your existing space, we can help. This service allows clients with gardens of all sizes to have their own head gardener and designer to monitor, manage and maintain the garden to keep it at its best, and implementing any changes where necessary.
Your Designer will visit your garden on a monthly basis, checking the health of the garden, seeing where there are gaps in the borders or chances to improve any seasonal interest. Notes will be taken on any new plants required or specialist treatments needed, and these will be fed into an action plan for the garden. There’s a chance to discuss any issues and look at opportunities to develop the garden further, and we will confirm any costs for new plants and materials upfront.
Your monthly fee will also cover hand-pruning of specimen shrubs and any routine hedge and topiary maintenance to keep them looking sharp. It will also cover yearly tasks such as mulching the borders (excluding material costs), lawn aeration and feeding, plus winter cut backs and division of perennials and grasses, etc. We can also manage pond health, if required, or replant containers for seasonal colour.
This leaves you free to mow lawns and do any simple weeding, deadheading or tidying jobs yourself if you wish (AKA pottering!), or this can also be added to your garden management service.
The cost for our Eco Garden Management service is spread across the year and payable by monthly standing order, which allows you to manage your costs. Your monthly fee will be based on the size or complexity of your garden; larger or more heavily planted gardens will require greater attention. The fee also allows for design studio time, which enables us to review your garden and organise any requirements for the following visit.
