Marketing Project Manager

Own the Route From Brief to Launch

The creative team needs feedback. A supplier needs confirmation. Launch day is approaching. You’re the person who connects those moving parts and keeps the campaign progressing.

We’re hiring a Marketing Project Manager in New York to organize campaign delivery across content, digital channels, promotions, and events. You’ll coordinate contributors, manage expectations, and make sure agreed deliverables reach the finish line.

What You’ll Manage

• Build project plans with clear milestones, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Translate campaign briefs into tasks and resource requirements.
• Coordinate marketing, creative, and external partners.
• Manage review rounds, approvals, and outstanding feedback.
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, and agreed scope.
• Lead progress meetings and communicate decisions.
• Identify delivery risks and agree practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate schedules, project records, and status reports.
• Coordinate launch preparation and final quality checks.
• Review outcomes and improve future project workflows.

Your Experience Matters

Previous marketing project management, campaign coordination, communications, or event delivery experience is preferred. Work coordinating freelance contributors, agency assignments, or promotional projects is also relevant.

You should bring:

• Strong planning and stakeholder communication.
• Confidence balancing competing deadlines.
• An understanding of marketing production and approval processes.
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the overall objective.
• Familiarity with project management platforms, spreadsheets, and presentations.

A specific degree isn’t required.
