Oracle EBS WMS Techno-functional consultant with 10+ years of excellent knowledge in SCM modules like WMS,OM, Inventory, Purchasing.
\n· Good knowledge in PL SQL,Oracle MSCA, Intellinum, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
\n· Understand the current business process of Warehouse Management functions and provide WMS solutioning in Oracle EBS. Must have worked on Oracle WMS Inbound and shipping process.
\n· Must have worked on at least 2 Oracle WMS Implementation project.
\n· Provide Level 2 application support for Warehouse Management Systems.
\n· Troubleshoot WMS application issues, interfaces, and integration failures.
\n· Analyze and resolve production incidents related to receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting processes.
\n· Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand business issues and provide timely resolutions.
\n· Monitor daily warehouse transactions and identify process bottlenecks impacting operational efficiency.
\n· Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
\n· Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end warehouse activities
\n· Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident, problem, and change management processes.
\n· Coordinate with infrastructure, middleware, development, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
\n· Ability to be able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, multiple teams.
\n \nAbility to work in the Second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM EST.
